School House Corner (formerly known as ''Russell's Corner'') is a left curve on the primary A3 road in the parish of Lezayre in the Isle of Man. It is situated between the 23rd and 24th Milestone road markers on the Mountain Course used for the Isle of Man TT and Manx Grand Prix Races on the A3 Lezayre Road in the town of Ramsey. It was part of the Four Inch Course used for the Gordon Bennett Trial and Tourist Trophy automobile car races held in the Isle of Man between 1905 and 1911 and was part of the Snaefell Mountain Course used since 1911 for the Isle of Man TT Races and Manx Grand Prix. The name derives from the nearby Ramsey Grammar School and was formerly known as ''Russell's Corner'' after Benjy Russell〔''Mona's Herald'' pp5 dated 16 September 1947〕 crashed fatally during the Lightweight Race for the 1949 Manx Grand Prix.〔''Isle of Man Weekly Times'' p.3 15 September 1947〕 ==Sources==
